The Omega-3 complex is good for adults and children of 11 years of age and older
• to strengthen the immune system and increase the body's defenses,

- Allowed for pregnant and lactating women for proper formation of the fetal brain, eyes, nervous and immune system and also for reduction of the level of anxiety and frustration, especially after childbirth.

- Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) – 550 mg
